Join us at Don Sanchez to celebrate the 4th of July with the culinary delights of Chef Edgar Román. We are featuring smoked and grilled specialties from Thursday, July 4th to Sunday, July 7th, starting at 5 pm each day. Additionally, we will have a patriotic welcome drink and live music.
The special dishes we will offer, in addition to the regular menu at Don Sanchez, are:
- Half chicken marinated like duck, homemade pickles, wedge potatoes, and mango habanero sauce.
- Pork shank in tamarind and morita adobo, pickles, wedge potatoes, and accompanied by jalapeño tartar sauce.
- Double-sized pambazo with brisket slices in ancho chili adobo, piloncillo and spices, pickled vegetables, and jalapeño tartar sauce.
- Whole baby cauliflower grilled with ancho chili adobo, vinegar, and spices, pickled vegetables, and jalapeño tartar sauce.
