Wine corkage

Accessing the Wine Cellar:

The corkage fee per 750ml bottle of wine is $630 MXN.

We only accept wines with corks that are not available on our wine list. We do not allow corkage of spirits or distilled liquors.

Minimum Wine Consumption to Access the Cellar:

A minimum wine consumption of $300 USD is required, which can be one premium bottle or two bottles equivalent to $300 USD.

 The cellar reservation is available for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6. For groups of 8 people, comfort may be compromised due to the limited size of the cellar.

Children’s Menu:

We offer the following options for children:

– Quesadillas with mashed potatoes for $150 MXN.

– Pasta with various sauces (tomato, alfredo, and butter) for $200 MXN.

The children’s menu is exclusively available for children up to 5 years old. The children’s menu will not be served to individuals over 5 years old or adults.

Fishing Service:

Our own fishing service has a cost of $600 MXN per person and includes a 3-hour service, which depends on the type of fishing available, preparation, and the quantity of fish.

No Show Policy:

At Don Sanchez, we do not discriminate based on race, gender, or sexual orientation. We are committed to providing an inclusive service to all individuals. We have received training from Destinations to ensure an inclusive and respectful treatment to all our clients.

Pets:

In case of not showing up for the reservation without prior notice, a charge of $500 MXN per person will apply. For tables of 2 to 4 people, your table will be reserved for 2 hours. For tables of more than 5 people, your table will be reserved for 2 hours. For groups of more than 12 people, your table will be reserved for 3 hours.

Service Times:

We are a pet-friendly establishment, therefore, we accept pets as long as they wear a harness or leash.

For tables of 2 to 4 people, your table will be reserved for a 2-hour service.

For tables of more than 5 people, a 2-hour time will be given.

For groups of more than 12 people, a 3-hour time will be given.

The exchange rate may vary. We are not responsible for charges, commissions, and differences generated by a transaction made with a credit card. This will be done at the time the transaction is made at the terminal.

Maximum Waiting Time for Reservations:

In case of arriving late or not arriving on time, your reservation will be available until your reservation is available.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard (American Express payments are not accepted at the moment until further notice). Maximum of 3 cards for bill payments.

Tolerances

* Maximum 15 minutes waiting time for your reservation; in case of not arriving on time and not notifying, your table will become available.

External charge

We are not responsible for charges, commissions, and differences generated by a transaction made with a card. This at the time the transaction is made at the terminal.
